Summary of Role:

Sr. Analysts in Commercial Planning provide critical analytical support for commercial strategies across confectionery, salty, and functional snacking segments. They analyze market and sales data, generate actionable insights, and support innovation integration in planning processes. Collaboration with planning and execution teams ensures data-driven decisions and effective retail strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market and sales analysis for assigned segments.​
• Support commercial planning and strategy development.​
• Integrate innovation insights into planning cycles.​
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform execution.​
• Monitor and report on performance metrics.
• Segment-focused analysis (CMG, salty, functional snacking)​

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
