Sr. Manager, Small Format Planning
Job Location: Hershey, PA
Role summary:
Serve as primary Home Office leader in Customer planning, developing, coordinating, and assist executing collaborative Customer plans . Be the internal expert on assigned Customers, understanding key Customer strategies, success metrics, programs, and syndicated purchase/shopper data. In conjunction with cross-functional teams, helps develop gross sales target and trade requirements to deliver both Small Format and enterprise objectives. Lead a team responsible for creating customer plans for Small Format customers
Role Responsibilities:

Monthly review of KPIs, R&Os, and operational execution

Orchestration of plan delivery between home office & customer team

Collaborate with Sales Teams and Customers to explore program, item and merchandising opportunities

Develop strategic linkage from Company to Customer Plans; coordinate internal and external resources for Planning meetings

Understand and analyze syndicated and shopper data from Customers to identify opportunities and make fact-based strategic recommendation

Lead and develop team of ~8 analysts/managers

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred
