How will you fit in the big picture?
What will you do?
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Demand Planning products and capabilities.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IS, and Enterprise Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated planning solutions.
- Drive business value through improved forecast accuracy, planning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.
- Collaborate across the product lifecycle, including solution design, feature enhancements, upgrades, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage market insights, operational data, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Influence KPI development and adoption to measure forecast quality, product performance, user adoption, inventory optimization, and service improvements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives leveraging platforms such as Kinaxis, Databricks, and SAP S/4HANA.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related technology-focused roles. Career Level 50 roles require a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. [Levels | Word]
- Experience delivering technology and analytics products.
- Functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product opportunities and outcomes.
- Experience supporting digital transformation programs involving automation, enterprise data, analytics platforms, and integrated planning solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or another STEM-related field.
