Responsibilities:-

1. Ensure safe warehouse operations (on shift) and comply with HSY HSE standards and the Occupational Safety and Health Act
2. To ensure the MHEs are in good condition and report any breakdown to the Team Leader by using the Daily forklift checklist.
3. Ensure operation adheres to HSY Good Warehousing Practice and Quality policies.
4. Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as Lorries/Trucks.
5. Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
6. Stacking goods in the correct storage bays/bins following stock control instructions.
7. Checking loads are secure stacking empty pallets.
8. Ensure effectively picking of production/customer orders without undue delay and accurately.
9. Ensure on-time delivery of production/customer orders.
10. Ensure timely confirm all the transfer orders.
11. To ensure all the transactions in the VISITRACK system are well updated.
12. Involves in monthly stock count and cycle count.
13. Keep 5S in the warehouse all the time.
14. Performing daily equipment checks, for example recharging the MHE's battery helping to load and unload trucks by hand where necessary.
15. Operates order picker/RT and forklift in and around the warehouse.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum Certificate / License in Forklift Handling
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in Warehouse Operations specifically in handling forklift, PT, Reach truck and Double Deep.
3. Knowledge in basic warehouse management system SAP in FMCG environment.
