Sanitation Support

Position Title: Sanitation Support
Location : Senai, Johor.

Summary:  
Under the guidance of Sr Sanitation Lead & Sanitation Lead, Sanitation Support will do cleaning and aware of its expectation according to types of GMP, BCC or Allergen at the GMP area.
Aware of safety obligation and up to date with any new Sanitation Program.

Summary of major duties:
Master Sanitation Schedule(MSS)

1.    Practice GMP and food safety and always keep work environment safe and clean.
2.    Maintaining a clear checklist or records of all cleaning done. 
3.    Ensuring the equipment & tools provided are kept in good working condition and available.
4.    To maintain equipment and tools cleanliness and maximize tools lifespan.
5.    To clean machine interior and exterior, small spaces, working at height, working at tight spaces and environment in according to food safety and quality requirement.
6.    Be able to work in other areas/machine when needed arises according to superior's instruction.

Break Cycle Cleaning (BCC) / Allergen Cleaning

1.    To ensure cleaning of machinery, environment and etc is done accordingly in a timely manner in all areas of chocolate plant
2.    To comply with all cleaning requirement and standards set including the method used to achieve those standards.
3.    Practice good gmp and safety always and keeps work environment clean & safe.
4.    Maintaining a smooth and timely recording with accountability on cleaning and sanitation recording and documentation.
5.    Ensuring the equipment & tools provided are kept in good working condition and available.
6.    To maintain equipment and tools cleanliness and maximize tools lifespan.
7.    To clean machine interior and exterior, small spaces, working at height, working at tight spaces and environment in according to food safety and quality requirement.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 
•    SPM or its equivalent education or experience
•    Not necessary.
•    Related working experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
•     Able to perform cleaning on timely manner and keep record 
•    Able to work and physically standing for long hours.
