WTR Regulatory Analyst

Summary of major duties & key responsibilities:

Provide QRC Regulatory Clearance for products The Hershey Experience (THE, includes WTR and partner retail) of Asia Partnership and Opportunistic (excluding Korea Japan) and EMEA WTR.

Responsible for the preparation of registration documents and to complete the regulatory data required by the customers for The Hershey Experience (THE, includes WTR and partner retail) of Asia Partnership and Opportunistic (excluding Korea Japan) and EMEA WTR.

This would include:- Preparing Process Flow Charts, Ingredient Percent Letter, Ingredient Statement Letter, Certificate and other similar documentation to support product registration activities. Data required would be generated via the SAP-PLM system such as Non-GMO, Nutrition data, Ingredient data, Shelf Life, Recipe & etc,.

Actively participate as a regulatory contact for every WTR project item sourced from Malaysia plant . Providing regulatory inputs, documents, and creating label artwork.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or other related fields.

Skills and Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience working in the food industry.
• Pays attention to detail
• Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Power Point
• Able to multitask
• Good organizational skills
• Fast learner
