Analyst Power Platform
Location: Makati, Manila

Summary:
As part of the Hershey Business Platform, this position supports the Power Platform Center of Excellence to deliver standardized, accurate & actionable Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agent solutions in a timely manner that supports cross-functional and enterprise-wide teams. Specifically, this position will play a key role in Power Platform development, automation-techniques, and final deliverables for both, daily automations and complex UI/UX applications.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Power App, Automate, Virtual Agent Generation
• Assist in the development and delivery of ADHOC and Project-Driven Power Platform requests (e.g. identifying requirements, coordinating set-up, and investigating data sources/data and working with IS support)
• Have experience and knowledge in Power App, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents to connect to data, build UX/UI solutions, and develop secure fully automated applications.
• Utilize advanced Power-FX techniques and software knowledge to standardize and automate output (e.g. Power-FX, SQL, HTML, Javascript, and more)
• Help QA Logic, Workflows, end user UAT, and monitoring of final solutions
• Communicate and disseminate development progress and status to Stakeholders.
• Establish workflow documentation (e.g. catalog, definitions, processes, etc.)
Support Enterprise O365 Automation Strategies
• Assist in the change management and migration of current enterprise business practices to align with our enterprise-wide Digitize and Simplify Strategies (with migrations to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents)
• Assist in working with cross-functional IS teams to optimize and centralize Power Platforms best practices and governance.
Power Platform Maintenance
• Assist in the maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions (change management, bugs, etc.)
• Ensure Power Platform Solutions are up-to-date and continue to evolve across O365 and Power Platforms continuous updates.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Proficient in Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents)
- Strong IS Administration skills and understanding
- Strong skills in UX Design and UI Creation
- Familiar with Development principles and lifecycles
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Power-FX (or other Programming Languages including SQL, DAX, Python, .NET)
- Experience in Process Optimization Techniques (Power Automate, Scheduling Systems, and Node Workflows)
Education/Experience:
- MUST have an undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science-related Bachelor’s Degree Required (Economics, Administration, International Business, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience
- At least 3-5 years’ direct experience in managing Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents)
- Must have strong experience in UX Design and UI Creation
- Must have analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
