Job Overview

This role serves as a skilled communications expert responsible for organizing and executing initiatives that span multiple teams or functions, aiming to influence business performance and enhance customer and employee experiences. The individual independently manages projects or processes within their area, applying intermediate practical knowledge to drive transformation and elevate results. Communication efforts focus on promoting and protecting the organization’s reputation through internal and external channels. The role involves creating diverse communication materials, preparing executives for media interactions, and leading change communications and large employee meetings. It requires research and consideration of multiple factors to address complex issues, leveraging best practices and past precedents to develop effective solutions that support strategic objectives.

Accountabilities

1. Develop and Distribute Communications
The role develops and distributes internal and external communications including media releases and newsletters. It promotes and protects organizational reputation. This supports messaging objectives.
2. Organize Events
The role organizes and represents the organization at promotional events. It acts as a spokesperson when required. This builds public presence.
3. Prepare Executives
The role prepares executives for media and analyst interviews ensuring consistent messaging. It provides coaching and materials. This supports professional interactions.
4. Create Content
The role creates content for various channels including social media and newsletters. It ensures quality and engagement. This advances communications goals.
5. Coordinate Activities
The role coordinates communication activities with stakeholders. It manages timelines and deliverables. This ensures smooth execution.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital content, content marketing, digital communications, or related functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required 
  • Digital content management experience, preferably utilizing SharePoint, ServiceNow, HR portals, or other content management systems.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong English communication, writing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously.
