Customer Supply Chain Reporting Analyst

Summary:

 

The Customer Supply Chain Reporting Analyst will be part of a team that seeks to standardize the order to cash process globally across Hershey’s markets. The role will involve developing tools, metrics, and data visualizations that support our vision to simplify and digitize our business and support our supply chain partners. Successful candidate will demonstrate aptitude in data mining, processing, and interpretation and the ability to learn modern software to create new value.

 

 

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work to standardize processes, metrics, reports, dashboards, and other tools related to customer service and supply chain across all geos in the company.
  • Routinely communicate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Sales Planning teams to receive the Strategy for Seasonal projects, Licenses, In & Out Items, Critical Items, or any change related to availability or prioritization to be able to communicate to OMR´s. These duties may vary by geo.
  • Ensure all system settings (SAP and non-SAP as needed), allocations programs and subsequent process steps and approvals are in place and in line with the commercial and SC strategy.  Proactively communicate progress and performance of this to both Customer Service and stakeholder leaders and forums.
  • Monitor and measure the success of the strategy and deployment plans, by running reports, analyzing, and communicating milestones, risk and opportunities, and Service Level progress.

 

 

 

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree is required, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any related field

 

 

Experience:

 

  • At least 2 year's direct experience in the development, creation, and revision of reports using Power BI/Tableau/Excel Macros specific for Supply Chain process. 
  • Someone with strong experience in conceptualization and development of reports, metrics, data visualization, and standardization.
  • Advanced skills in system data extraction, end-to-end process analytics, data visualization, and root cause analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of analytical/development tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Excel macros, or Tableau.
  • Strong English language capability (reading and writing).
  • Interpersonal communication skills, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and provide decision support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and has participated in major projects for the organization.
  • Must have OTC or Supply Chain end to end experience and exposure.
  • Has SAP and S4, Machine Learning, or RPA experience is preferred.
