Summary:

 

A highly accountable HR Finance, Invoice & Contract Management Analyst responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and disciplined spend management across HR services, technology, and vendors. This role serves as the operational backbone between HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, enabling timely payments, compliant contracts, and clear financial visibility while reducing risk and friction across the lifecycle.

 

 

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Invoice Accuracy & Timely Payment: Ensure HR invoices are validated against executed contracts, approved POs, and accounting standards, resulting in on‑time payments and clean period close.
  • Contract Lifecycle Compliance: Coordinate contract intake, tracking, renewals, and required risk reviews (e.g., TPRM, privacy) to ensure policy compliance and uninterrupted HR services.
  • Financial Controls & Risk Reduction: Enforce spend thresholds, documentation standards, and approval requirements to reduce audit findings, invoice exceptions, and financial exposure.
  • Cross‑Functional Execution: Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Contracts to resolve invoice and contract issues quickly, enabling predictable execution and stakeholder confidence.
  • Transparency & Operational Insight: Maintain accurate trackers and reporting for HR contracts, invoices, accruals, and renewals, providing leadership with clear visibility into HR spend and obligations.

  • Exercises sound judgment to escalate issues appropriately and recommend solutions.

  • Operates within established HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal governance frameworks.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 

 

Experience:

  • Must 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, finance, procurement, contract administration, or invoice processing within a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with financial controls, invoices, contracts, or vendor management in a regulated or policy‑driven setting preferred.
  • Prior exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, or Legal teams preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HR finance, invoice processing, and contract lifecycle management, including POs, accruals, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify discrepancies, assess risk, and resolve invoice and contract issues.
  • Ability to navigate and apply financial controls, policies, and approval frameworks with precision and consistency.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, enabling coordination across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and judgment when handling confidential financial and contractual information.
