Master Data Analyst - SAP Material
Location: Manila
Summary:
The main responsibility of the Master Data Analyst is to assist the Enterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) organization and key stakeholders with the creation/read/updated/delete (CRUD) of material master data throughout the enterprise. He/she will serve as the resource to provide report and adhoc reporting to various stakeholders on material information. It is also expected from the Analyst to respond in a timely and effective manner to stakeholders’ inquiries and concerns, participate in process improvements, ensure agreed Key Performance Indicator/ Metrics/ Service Level Agreements are met, and support other management directives as prescribed.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various master data Create/Read/Update/Delete (CRUD) responsibilities to master data domains.
- Perform mandatory validations such as but not limited to critical data controls and compliance verification.
- Handle stakeholders’ inquiries and resolve master data issues and concerns
- Extract or generate data objects and information to deliver different project requirements or other analytics and reporting needs
- Shall ensure that set KPIs/ Metrics/ SLAs are met and reported on a timely manner.
- Provide support and participate in implementing the Internal, External, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit and testing process.
- Provide relevant requirements and/or documents to carry out the audit on master data related transactions.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Global and Regional Policies and Standards
- Understand the implications of master data as it relates to SAP and other business systems based on requirements.
- Troubleshooting of escalated minor issues. Gather/document business requirements for Master Data initiatives.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field, i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or a combination of education & relevant industry experience
- MUST HAVE direct experience in managing MATERIAL MASTER DATA functions in SAP/ERP.
- MUST HAVE experience in proposing, developing, and implementing process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years direct Master Data Management experience.
- Preference given to candidates with experience managing other master data functions such as pricing, customer, and vendor
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management, Order To Cash and Supply Chain
- Must be highly analytical and has a drive for continuous improvement
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule - Morning, Mid, and Night Shift
