Senior HR Sourcing and Operations Manager
Work Setup: Hybrid
Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
Summary:
The Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition will oversee the team and administration/operations of the TA operations HBP team.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for the implementation, execution and administration of operations scope (40%)
- In partnership with COE and GPO, supports the development and implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing TA processes (20%)
- Oversees the administration of processes including offer preparation, profile creation/updates, pre-hire process and notifications, candidate reimbursements, scheduling and liaising with third-party agencies (10%)
- Oversees and reports on metrics related to TA Ops (10%)
- Reviews vendor service-level agreements (SLAs) and results and hold accountable vendors on service delivery (20%)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required (Advanced degree preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in an environment.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management and employee coaching.
- Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business.
- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills.
- Well versed in principles and practices in TA Operations techniques, and methods.
