Sr. TA Sourcing Specialist (Offshore)

Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
Summary:
The Sr. TA Sourcing Specialist will provide talent sourcing and screening across professional level (Band 1 & 2) roles, supporting the Talent Acquisition recruiters in the COE. The Sr. TA Sourcing Specialist will proactively build and deliver qualified and diverse candidate pipelines through continuous research and sourcing.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for active job requisitions, as well as proactive pipelining for future needs. Leverage a variety of sourcing channels and methods to develop a proactive and consistent pipeline of diverse, qualified talent aligned to our most critical needs (75%)
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE to understand hiring demand and business priorities (5%)
- Engage with the Talent Community, providing updates on opportunities and leveraging as an engaged talent pool (5%)
- Research and identify prospective candidates through networking, targeted company research, and passive recruiting techniques (15%)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sourcing and Recruitment.
- Experience with market mapping, proactive outreach to passive talent, and developing and maintaining talent pools/pipelines.
- Well-versed with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, the latest sourcing tools and good knowledge of candidate selection methods.
