Accountabilities:
Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected
- Lead shift-level Quality Assurance across the plant includes Aseptic Packaging and Cocoa/Non-Cocoa Syrup manufacturing, ensuring alignment with Hershey’s global food safety and quality standards.
- Continuously monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Conduct comprehensive in-house food safety audits, ensuring prompt resolution of hygiene and safety issues to maintain operational excellence.
- Actively contribute to HACCP team initiatives, reinforcing full compliance with food safety protocols across all stages.
- Play a pivotal role in sustaining certifications and successful audits for GFSI, Hershey’s Global Standards, and HALAL compliance.

- Ensure regulatory compliance in food safety and packaging during shift operations.
- Investigate consumer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to adopt best practices in quality and food safety.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Product testing and analytical skills.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Lead Auditor in Quality & food safety systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience in handling consumer complaints management.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO management systems and have experience in their application in an FMCG environment.
Experience & Education
- Graduate/ Post graduate Degree qualifications in Food Technology, Science, Food Engineering or a related discipline are preferred.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a food / beverages/ Aseptic packaging environment and primarily in Quality & Food Safety domain.
