How will you fit in the big picture
To ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective execution of engineering projects, CAPEX initiatives, civil infrastructure maintenance, utility network reliability, fabrication works, workshop operations, sustainability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives through strong planning, execution, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and governance.
What will you do?
1. Engineering Projects, CAPEX & Budget Management : Plan, budget, execute, monitor, and close CAPEX, infrastructure, sustainability, EHS, food safety, and continuous improvement projects while ensuring adherence to approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements.
2. Civil, Utility & Infrastructure Asset Management: Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of plant buildings, civil infrastructure, utility distribution systems, water storage facilities, pipelines, roads, roofs, and associated assets through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
3. Fabrication, Workshop, Procurement & Contractor Management: Manage fabrication activities, workshop operations, procurement processes, vendor development, contractor execution, technical evaluations, material planning, and resource allocation to support maintenance and project
4. Reliability, Continuous Improvement & Sustainability: Drive asset reliability, operational excellence, energy conservation, sustainability, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, utility efficiency, and continuous improvement programs while tracking benefits and savings realization
5. Compliance, Safety, Documentation & Stakeholder Management: Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, Food Safety, statutory and corporate requirements through effective documentation, audits, reporting, risk assessments, PTW/LOTO implementation, contractor safety management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage/FMCG manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, EHS, and statutory compliance.
• Understanding of Project Management, CAPEX, Budgeting, Cost Control, Procurement, Vendor & Contract Management.
• Knowledge of Civil Maintenance, Fabrication, Welding, Industrial Infrastructure, and Utility Systems.
• Working knowledge of Boilers, Steam, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, DG Sets, WTP, ETP, STP, Fire Water, Process Water, Pumps, Motors, and VFDs.
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, RCA, FMEA, TPM, Sustainability, Energy Management, ISO 50001, and Continuous Improvement.
Skills:
• Project Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting.
• CAPEX Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Forecasting, and Financial Tracking.
• Vendor Development, Technical Evaluation, Contractor, and Stakeholder Management.
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP, AutoCAD , PPT, MS Project, MS Excel, Power BI, and Reporting Tools.
Abilities :
• Ability to manage multiple engineering, maintenance, utility, and CAPEX projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve project and operational objectives.
• Ability to analyze technical and financial data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to improve reliability, sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost performance of plant operations.
• Ability to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of projects and maintenance activities while maintaining GMP, Food Safety, EHS, and business continuity.
