Accountabilities
What will you do?
- Lead all site inventory operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory, identifying risks and driving resolution
- Analyze inventory performance, trends, and variances; implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Finance to optimize inventory flow
- Manage and develop inventory team members through coaching, training, and performance support
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and insights to leadership
- Support SOX compliance, Blackline reconciliations, and audit readiness activities
- Resolve inventory discrepancies including goods movement errors, GR/IR issues, and OS&D
- Provide technical guidance on inventory systems (SAP/S4) and drive continuous operational improvements
Prior Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related environment

Experience leading teams and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing setting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with SAP/S4 and advanced Excel preferred
