How will you fit in the big picture?

This role owns the short- and mid-term strategy, business performance, and full brand agenda for a chocolate brand in Mexico, one of the category's largest revenue and volume drivers.You will lead brand growth through positioning, portfolio and price-pack architecture, innovation, communications, and P&L ownership while developing a high-performing team. As a key partner to Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, you will help shape the future of a leading chocolate brand in Mexico.

What will you do?

• Lead the annual and 3-year brand strategy and business plans for a chocolate brand in Mexico.
• Own the P&L for a chocolate brand in Mexico, including revenue, margin, DME, and SGA performance.
• Drive portfolio strategy, SKU optimization, pricing, and price-pack architecture across channels.
• Lead innovation pipeline development and stage-gate governance, ensuring portfolio roles are aligned to business priorities.
• Develop integrated communication strategies across media, digital, shopper, and experiential channels.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver business goals and commercial execution.
• Build compelling business cases and executive-ready narratives for leadership reviews and customer presentations.
• Hire, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering capability growth through the Must-Win-Battle framework.
• Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions to achieve growth targets.

Minimum Requirements

Experience
• 6-8+ years of progressive FMCG marketing experience preferred. 
• Experience leading brand strategy, business planning, and P&L management. 
• Demonstrated success in innovation development, portfolio management, pricing, and revenue growth management. 
• Prior people leadership experience managing and developing team members. 
• Strong cross-functional leadership and agency management experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
