Summary:

Define & Drive the sales strategy for modern trade, that includes SSS, Proximity & Clubs channels, connecting our brands to more consumers through better occasions. This senior manager will build this strategic plan by creating an accelerated profitable growth model and leading the customer and team engagement agenda.

 

Responsibilities:

1.           Sales Strategy: Define the strategy to accelerate growth across modern trade Channel, establish and negotiate a profitable and sustainable business model for these channels with the resources needed to accelerate, identify portfolio opportunities to address shopper needs in the modern trade.

2.           Planning: Lead the Multi-Functional Team (Sales, Mkt, Trade Mkt, Finance, Demand Planning) dedicated to accelerate growth in the modern trade, accountable for the P&L of these Channels. Accountable to forecast and deliver sales volumes. Responsible to develop the plans for year-on-year growth.

3.           Execution: Lead the Team to implement the strategy/plan, with Perfect Store model, Store segmentation and Route to market optimization.

4.           Customer Engagement. Recognize the strategic agenda with our top customers, and collaborate internal & external to drive mutual growth.

 

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Administration, Finance, or similar.

 

Experience:

-8 to 10 years of experience in commercial industry/customer account management (commercial chains).

- Leading & negotiate with clients in a modern channel area.

- Understanding the importance of good distribution (quantity & quality of distribution) at the point of sale. Perfect store target.

- Experience with 5-year plans vision strategy.

- Profitable category growth.

- Management of internal and external planning processes.

- Working with Enterprise thinking, multifunctional teams, t& alent development.

- Negotiation of promotions and investments.
