Role Overview:
The Customer Sales Executive Costco is a key member of the Hershey Canada Sales team, responsible for profitably growing Hershey Canada’s business with Costco while delivering our overall corporate assigned objectives & targets (including gross sales, net sales, market share and profit contribution).
Key Responsibilities:
- Significant internal partnerships with Supply Chain, Finance, Innovation Development, collaboration and planning
- Facilitate customer sales growth via new Costco Business Centre listings, Hershey grocery, and seasonal programs with a strong focus on profitability for Hershey Canada
- Build a strong relationship with Costco Category Managers and support staff as they continue to grow their club business and maintain Hershey solid relationship to grow our business
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to develop monthly sales forecasts, identify new innovative seasonal/grocery items, and deliver high-impact sales presentations to grow Hershey’s/Costco’s business
- Ability to assess data, identify opportunities, and translate information into actionable selling proposals

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 year’s progressive sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods or related capacity
- Previous experience within the Snack Food category, with sound knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft office software (PowerPoint and Excel, mandatory)
- Teamwork/Collaboration; ability to develop strong cross functional working relationships
- Forward-thinking and ability to challenge the status quo

- Strong sales presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
