Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days at the office, 2 days working from home

Position Summary:

As a critical member of the Hershey Canada sales team, the CSE will be responsible for profitably growing Hershey Canada’s Everyday business with Shoppers Drug Mart while delivering our overall corporate assigned objectives & targets (including gross sales, net sales, market share and profit contribution).

 

What will you do:

  • Work cross functionally to develop and deliver high impact sales presentations to our top tier customers
  • Possess the ability to assess data, identify opportunities and translate information into actionable selling proposals at accounts
  • Actively be involved in sales forecasting and sales planning
  • Manage customer promotional and merchandising strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and cross functional partners to ensure new business opportunities are aligned with Hershey brand strategies
  • Focus on achieving appropriate permanent distribution, identification and placement of display opportunities as well as executing a comprehensive promotional calendar
  • Establish and communicate priorities for the retail organization to win in stores

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ year’s progressive sales experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods or related capacity
  • Previous experience within the Snack Food category, with sound knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
