Job Description
As a critical member of the Hershey Canada sales team, the CSE will be responsible for profitably growing Hershey Canada’s business with Sobeys customers while delivering our overall corporate assigned objectives & targets (including gross sales, net sales, market share and profit contribution).
You will…
- Work cross functionally to develop and deliver high impact sales presentations to our top tier customers.
- Possess the ability to assess data, identify opportunities and translate information into actionable selling proposals at accounts.
- Actively be involved in sales forecasting and sales planning.
- Manage customer promotional and merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams and cross functional partners to ensure new business opportunities are aligned with Hershey brand strategies.
- Focus on achieving appropriate permanent distribution, identification and placement of display opportunities as well as executing a comprehensive promotional calendar.
- Establish and communicate priorities for the retail organization to win in stores.
Skills, Knowledge and Education Requirements

- Above average knowledge of Microsoft office software (PowerPoint and Excel, mandatory)
- Above average knowledge of AC Nielsen with ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ year’s progressive sales experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods or related capacity
- Previous experience within the Snack Food category, with sound knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
