Job Overview
This role provides basic administrative and document handling support for regulatory work. It manages data entry, file updates, and correspondence routing. The role follows defined procedures and works under close supervision. It supports accurate- record-keeping and smooth team operations. It builds foundational familiarity with regulatory documentation.
Accountabilities
1. Enter Regulatory Data Input data into systems following clear instructions. Check entries for completeness. Notify colleagues when updates are complete.
2. Collect and File Documents Retrieve and scan documents as requested. Save files under correct names and locations. Ensure paper files are organized.
3. Support Reporting Steps Run simple system reports under guidance. Compile report packets using predefined steps. Pass completed packets for review.
4. Log Correspondence Record incoming letters or notices. Forward them to assigned team members. File copies in designated locations.
5. Support Logistics and Admin Tasks Schedule meetings and maintain basic shared lists. Prepare agendas or notes as requested. Answer simple questions about document locations.
