Job Overview

Accountabilities
1. Supervise Routine Technical Work The Supervisor assigns daily tasks to team members and verifies timely completion. They monitor work closely and resolve minor issues that arise during execution. This ensures predictable workflow and supports stable operations.
2. Schedule and Prioritize Daily Tasks They build daily work schedules based on operational needs and available staffing. Adjustments are made to respond to production changes or resource constraints. This maintains efficient task execution and supports daily equipment readiness.
3. Coach and Guide Team Members The Supervisor provides direction on proper task execution and reinforces adherence to procedures. They assist team members in building foundational technical and safety habits. This supports workforce development and improves task quality.
4. Oversee Routine Maintenance and Equipment Support They ensure routine tasks—such as basic checks, adjustments, and minor repair activities—are performed safely and correctly. Issues beyond routine scope are escalated promptly to a Team Lead or Manager. This maintains equipment stability and supports production reliability.
5. Enforce Safety and Procedure Compliance The Supervisor verifies PPE use, adherence to safety policies, and compliance with operational procedures. They correct unsafe behaviors and support continuous reinforcement of safe work practices. This creates a consistent baseline of safety and compliance.
