Summary
The AI Implementation Manager sets a strategy, roadmap, and executes AI, workflow, and agent‑based solutions across HR and enterprise platforms to support evolving ways of working. This role focuses on hands‑on implementation—designing workflows, building AI agents, and automating processes to improve efficiency and employee experience. The role partners with HR, IT, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions that drive adoption and measurable business value.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- AI Use Case Delivery & Execution: Sets a strategy and roadmap around AI & Automation delivery, and execute assigned AI, agents, workflow, and automation use cases aligned to the established HR and digital roadmap. Own hands‑on requirements gathering, build/configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Platform-Based AI Implementation: Configure and implement AI or automation capabilities within SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot agents, and other tools under established architectural and governance frameworks. Partner with IT and vendors to ensure integrations, data usage, and security requirements are met.
- Process Improvement & Enablement: Support process redesign efforts to embed AI and automations into HR and enterprise processes, reducing manual effort and improving day to day execution. Work directly with HR Operations and COEs to align AI solutions with standardized processes and operating models.
- Change Support & Adoption: Execute defined change and adoption plans for AI deployments, including coordination of training, communications, and user enablement materials. Monitor user feedback and adoption trends, escalating risks and improvement opportunities as needed.
- Measurement, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Track delivery milestones, adoption metrics, and operational performance of AI solutions. Ensure implementations align with data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines, and recommend continuous improvements based on usage and outcomes.

Experience and Education
Graduate in any field
5 – 7 yrs with 2-3 years experience in AI
Experience in Copilot & Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow and other HCM, AI & Automation tools
