Position - Manager Sales Automation
Location - Head Office, Mumbai.
Role Description:
The Sales Automation Manager is responsible for one of the key workstreams of the Sales CoE: Anchor Sales Process Automation and BAU management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sales Automation Projects on SFA And DMS. Enable smooth operation by partnering effectively with Vendor, IS Team and Sales. Initiate Business enabling projects and models to support sales effectiveness. Manage Business requirement document for all Projects and tracking end to end project progress as per delivery plan by performing required testing and UAT before it is available to users.
- Anchor key strategic Sales IT projects like Visicooler lifecycle management, development of Trade Promotion Tool, Salesmen efficiency enhancement through Tech. Drive Must Sell SKU tracking and analytics, review with the Sales Team to drive compliance.
- Ensure BAU processes are running smoothly and issues are resolved as per TAT. Conduct quarterly surveys with the relevant stakeholders and regular markets visit to identify pain/improvement areas and drive Sales IT NPS score.
- Driving sales capability agenda related to Sales Tech for the field force.
- Implement best practices from across the industry and explore new trends in Sales Tech with suitable use cases relevant for the business.
- Work with Field and IS Team to identify the needs for custom dashboards, build it internally/local vendors, drive governance on daily usage and reviews. Custodian of data accuracy and driving usage of Sales analytics dashboard on power BI.
- Represent Sales/CoE in Analytics and Automation CFT and value add on GTM strategy projects being driven towards completion.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and experience in communication with field force, vendors and senior internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of end-to-end secondary sales and distributor billing process (SFA and DMS).
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT processes and systems.
Requirement:
