Manager Supply Planner

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra , India

Position Title: Manager – Supply Planner

Major Duties/Responsibilities:  

•    Create and maintain accurate production schedules based on demand forecasts
•    Creating weekly deployment plans for timely and efficient distribution of products across CFAs in accordance     with service levels, inventory norms & cost
•    Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
•    Analyse demand patterns and make recommendations to optimize inventory levels
•    Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies
•    Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver Innovations, consumer promos and SKU transitions on time

Summary of major duties & key responsibilities:

Master Production Schedule development and execution through Kinaxis Maestro.
Inventory Management - applying advanced safety stock settings and service level targets
Supply Planning (Distribution) Modelling and execution ( RCCP, Network optimization)
Network Management for NPD, transitions and Consumer Promo
Lead Supply Review for India Business

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:  

Education:    MBA with FMCG Experience preferred

Experience:    6-8 Years of experience in similar profiles

Essential Knowledge :   

Working Knowledge of SAP and excel, Warehouse and Transportation Management, Customer Service. 

Knowledge of Kinaxis/SAP APO, similar planning tools is preferred
