Senior Manager Talent Management
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra , India
Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager HR
Major Duties:
1. Enhance critical organization capabilities to accelerate efficiency and growth
- India Front Line Sales Capability Development by executing frontline Sales Capability mandate by working with Regional Teams to formulate and implement a robust frontline development plan for Sales team to drive growth in Premium Category in the marketplace
Up-skilling and induction for all Sales employees including 3P employees
Developing the training modules based on the training needs
Monitoring Productivity effectiveness
Implementing governance process to instil sustained learning mechanism
- Design and deliver Leadership Development interventions to build Leadership Capability for long-term competitive advantage
- Implement Functional Capability Development Plan for India
- Ensuring LMS compliance and training compliance across functions
2. Drive Talent Management Process
- Champion Talent Management process and implement action plans
- Identify Top talent (TT) and create & implement development & succession plans for all TTs.
- Facilitate Development of Individuals & Teams
- Improve Quality & Diversity of Critical Role Talent
3. Develop India/APAC Employer Branding Roadmap
- Develop employer brand and leverage various platforms to increase the brand pull
- Lead employee engagement strategy for India/APAC.
- Monitor engagement across the region and develop action plans to build an inclusive culture
- Plan leadership engagement events to drive synergies across the regions.
- Partner and support regional townhalls, events, learning calendar etc.
4. Performance Management Process
- COE for Performance & Goal Setting Proces
- Drive PMS roll-out in collaboration with Leadership Team & HR business partners; This will include performance appraisals, calibrations, and finalization during annual performance review
- Support and coordination with Global team on various intervention related to the performance management process
- Drive PMS Calibration & PMS Analytics - Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results across the company
- Facilitate Mid Year performance reviews & skip meetings
- Drive Goal setting process during Annual Goal Setting Conference
5. HR Business Partner for Marketing
- Managing Demand and Supply in order to keep high fill rate in Marketing Organization
- Efficient and effective execution of HR processes: Performance Management, Capability Development, Talent Pipeline Initiatives, Learning & Development, Talent Planning-Career/Succession planning
6. Induction Program
- Instituting a centralized and streamlined induction program for all employees
- Execute centralized induction processes for managerial cadre and facilitating functional and company induction and new hire engagement
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree; MBA with specialization in Human Resource
Experience: 5-6 years of experience
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
FMCG industry preferred
Fluent in English both oral and written
Excellent at MS office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, and etc - Mandatory
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in learning & development, talent and performance management, organization development, Capability building
- Ability to create employee engagement initiatives/calendar of events across the region.
- Affinity towards HR Analytics and diagnostics Systems thinking
- Handled development/ assessment centres
- Worked on Talent frameworks in earlier assessment
- Aware of Feedback and Coaching Models
- Project management skills
- Proven track record to innovate, restructure and initiate new processes
- Willingness to travel and engage with relevant stakeholders
- Bias for execution, ability to multitask and deliver quality output in each of the task
- Interpersonal Skills that will extend beyond the Indian Subcontinent
- Had interfaced with senior management to drive talent agenda
