Position Title: Sr Analyst Product TPM

 

Role Summary:

 

The Sr. Analyst IS, Product TPM will play a critical role in driving the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives and product roadmaps. This role will manage cross-functional technical programs, collaborating with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery. The Sr. Analyst will support product lifecycle management by defining project scope, timelines, and milestones while proactively identifying risks and dependencies. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance business performance and digital capabilities.


Accountabilities:


Responsibilities / Outcomes:

  • Requirement Analysis & Translation: Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirement, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications, the CoE can implement.
  • Product Roadmap & Backlog Management: Partner with product owners to manage product backlog and feature roadmap, maximizing business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and design decisions across international markets.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Guide the technical team in designing and configuring Salesforce features to meet business needs. 
  • Validation & Deployment: Validate that delivered functionality meets the acceptance criteria and business requirements. Collaborate with release management team to ensure smooth deployments to production, following change management and IT compliance processes.
  • Enablement & Support: Partner with business process owners and the CoE to drive user adoption of the TPM product. 
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively propose enhancements or process optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Cloud releases and industry best practices in trade promotion, incorporating new capabilities that could enhance business value.

 

Scope (Key Deliverable)

  • Business requirement & documentation: Well-documented business process flows, requirement specifications.
  • Product Backlog & Roadmap: A maintained and prioritized backlog for the product. 
  • TPM Solution Releases: Successful configuration and deployment of Salesforce TPM features across targeted international markets.
  • Performance Metrics & User Adoption: Defined key performance indicators and regular reports demonstrating the business impact of the product.

 

Qualifications:

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with technical project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, its configuration, solid understanding of APEX and Lightning components. Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration middleware 
  • Excellent business analysis capabilities – able to elicit requirements, bridging the gap between business language and technical implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and IT best practices.


Experience & Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product Management roles, with significant exposure to software implementation projects.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications on CG Cloud, Commerce Cloud or CRM
  • Demonstrated experience working with the CPG/FMCG sector, particularly around sales or marketing 
  • Participation in global or multi-country projects.
  • Agile or Product Management certification is a plus.
