Location: Preferably New York, NY but open to Hershey, PA, or remote

How will you fit in the big picture?
What will you do?
- Serve as the day-to-day operations partner for a portfolio of Hershey brands.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows from intake through launch.
- Translate business needs into clear scopes, assignments, resources, and action plans.
- Coordinate creator casting, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery across social channels.
- Build strong relationships with brand teams, creators, strategists, and agency partners.
- Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Partner with Measurement & Intelligence teams to capture learning and improve future content performance.
- Help optimize operational processes and contribute to the continued growth of Pip & Plume.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, integrated production, marketing operations, social media operations, or related fields. This aligns with Hershey's Associate Manager level expectations.
- Experience working within a creative agency, social agency, in-house studio, creator organization, or marketing team preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $81920 to $102400 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
