Position Title: Brand Coordinator
Reports to Title: Sr ABM Gifting
Dept / Function: Marketing
Summary:
A brand coordinator supports brand strategy implementation, ensuring executional excellence in marketing plans.
Key Responsabilities for this role:
-Lead projects for new product development & portfolio optimization while coordinating with multi-functional teams (Finance, Sales, TMKT & Supply)
-Analyze & report market KPIs, sharing valuable insights on brand performance and competitive set, being able to translate into actionable marketing plans.
-Monitor brand monthly sales vs plan, zooming into channels, clients and portfolio.
-Own and actively manage brand budget.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
-Advanced English required
Experience:
-2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
-The ideal candidate will have general-market analysis experience, will need a strong numerical understanding & have great verbal communication skills.
- Brand building & development
- Development of projects with operational and commercial teams, aligned with brand strategies.
-Monitor and analyze the brand's monthly sales.
- Measure and report brand performance to provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, market trends, innovations, etc. That lead to the identification of market opportunities.
- Working with the finance team to ensure the profitability of the P&L and define financial and commercial strategies.
- Working with agencies/partners to develop communication campaigns, new graphic packaging, marketing materials, or others that help enhance the brand.
- Support the preparation of brand plans and long-term brand strategies.
