Summary
Oversee the team and administration / operations of the TA operations HBP team
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for the implementation, execution and administration of operations scope. (40%)
- In partnership with COE and GPO, supports the development and implementation of new processes or enhancements to existing TA processes. (20%)
- Oversees the administration of processes including offer preparation, profile creation/updates, pre-hire process and notifications, candidate reimbursements, scheduling and liaising with third-party agencies. (10%)
- Oversees and reports on metrics related to TA Ops (10%)
- Reviews vendor servi9ce-level agreements (SLAs) and results and hold accountable vendors on service delivery (20%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in an environment
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management and employee coaching.
- Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business
- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills
- Well versed in principles and practices in TA Operations techniques, and methods
