Job Overview

This role provides foundational operational support for EHS activities by performing routine safety and environmental tasks. It assists in conducting basic inspections, collecting data, and maintaining documentation. The role operates under close supervision and follows clearly defined procedures. It helps maintain a safe workplace by supporting day-to-day EHS operations.

Accountabilities

1. Perform Routine EHS Tasks Executes basic environmental and safety tasks such as inspections and checklist completion. Follows detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Escalates issues beyond assigned authority.
2. Support Hazard Identification Observes work areas to identify obvious hazards or unsafe conditions. Records findings using prescribed forms. Communicates concerns to supervisors for follow-up.
3. Assist with Safety Audits Supports audit activities by gathering data and completing portions of inspection forms. Follows instructions to ensure completeness of documentation. Helps track corrective actions as assigned.
4. Provide Basic Incident Support Assists in documenting incidents through data collection and form preparation. Follows guided steps to ensure accurate reporting. Escalates complex matters to investigation leads.
5. Support Training and Communication Helps distribute EHS communications and training materials. Ensures availability of required resources for safety briefings. Reinforces core safety messages through routine interactions.
