Position Title: FL Project Analyst

Reports to Title: LATAM OBD Coordinator

Dept / Function: Supply Chain

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid format)

 

 

Summary:

The Project Analyst supports the Operation Business Development area by managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and ensuring accurate execution of innovation and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. The key task is to represent Supply Chain during the innoation process by focusing on margin expansion, waste & complexity reduction.

It is expected the person to have the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to deliver projects on time and within scope.

 

Responsibilities:

Brazil’s Projects Leadership:

  • Coordinate Brazil’s OBD projects, by managing timelines for innovation and CI projects in Brazil.
  • Ensure all activities are tracked and updated in project management tools (Accolade, OneNote, SharePoint).
  • Conduct follow-ups with multifunctional teams to guarantee deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and lead weekly Management Meetings, by facilitating communication between Supply Chain and the business
  • Participate in the monthly BR IBM reviews and represent OBD in key forums to ensure all project information is updated and communicated effectively.
  • Lead forums for Lessons Learned and Results, besides supporting the Graphics status meeting
  • Enable agile service by leveraging systems like MS Project, Power BI, Dynamics
  • Structure a Co-manufacturing department and create all the tools, KPIs and connections needed

Process & Performance Excellence:

  • Support forums such as Lessons Learned and Results Review by consolidating data and creating presentations.
  • Lead prioritization Forums, ensuring alignment on priorities and manage resource allocation and availability
  • Lead workshops and technical solution sessions
  • Partner with business units to develop actionable insights from supply chain/customer data and analytics
  • Drive leadership decision through Gate process and manage Accolade information
  • Support Graphics status meeting

Build Capabilities:

  • Collaborate and build a trust environment with Commercial, Marketing and R&D teams
  • Expand and deepen manufacturing knowledge
  • Participate of packaging and raw materials delivery meeting, besides the technical plant meeting
  • Oversee the implementation of digital tools (e.g., Accolade, Power BI dashboards)

 

Education

BS/BA degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

 

 

Experience:      

Previous experience in project management.

 

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • High experience in project management and excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Advanced experience with innovation process e approvals
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Dynamic, high energy, curious, and resilient, adapting to fast and continuous change
  • Results- and solutions-oriented with proven problem solve analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Proficiency or experience in technical software (Accolade, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Dynamics)
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective risk analysis and cost management capabilities.
  • Good English communication skills (speak, read and write)
  • Spanish knowledge is a plus
