How will you fit in the big picture?
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Analyst who is passionate about transforming business data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience working cross-functionally to improve portfolio performance, forecasting accuracy, and business decision-making. This professional thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting market insights, financial performance, and supply chain realities to drive sustainable growth.
What will you do?
- Analyze portfolio performance, sales trends, gross margin, SKU productivity, and category representativeness.
- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities, including SKU rationalization, delisting, and product substitution recommendations.
- Lead seasonal portfolio planning and readiness processes for Puerto Rico and Export markets.
- Develop portfolio recommendations and support forecasting activities through data-driven analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Insights teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of critical business inputs such as pricing, logistics information, assets, and portfolio readiness requirements.
- Conduct post-season analyses, including sell-in and sell-out performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across portfolio management, innovation processes, and forecasting workflows.
- Support business decision-making through scenario planning, financial analysis, and market performance insights.
- Prepare and present recommendations to stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal reporting tools.
Minimum Education & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Portfolio Management, Commercial Analytics, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Category Management, or similar analytical functions.
- Advanced Spanish and Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, including forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, scenario planning, margin analysis, and business performance evaluation.
- Experience working with portfolio optimization methodologies such as SKU rationalization, ABC analysis, portfolio mix management, and lifecycle management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) companies is highly preferred.
Work Schedule, Work Model & Location:
- Location: Vila Madalena, São Paulo, Brazil
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
