Summary

 

Responsible of collaboration Walgreens and Walmart CPFR model based on data analysis and KPI’s results (Fill Rate, Days On Hand, In Stock),  using CPFR methodology focused to maintain the logistics Indicators on goal, increase sales and create a more efficient value chain process. Link the customer requirements / demand into the HSY Supply Chain in a timely manner in accordance with the commercial promotional activities and calendar.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate all inputs (CPFR KPI’s, marketing strategies, promotional calendars, plano/modular execution, sell-in/outs, innovation, in/out, seasonal, discontinuation) in the proposal of an replenishment and manual POS to effectively flow inventory from HSY warehouses to Customer Point of Sales

Align HSY forecast with commercial strategy based on Customer objectives

Accountable for optimizing replenishment plans recognizing overrides of inventory and demand, cannibalization, manage store-level inventories, lead times, ordering policies and storage and handling requirements. They will equilibrate a ¨pull vs. push¨ concept to move good into supply chain profitably while reducing overstock and out-of-stock conditions

Identify and communicate short-term replenishment and forecast discrepancies, closely collaborating with Demand Planning and customer service as appropriate  in order to coordinate the resolution of order fulfillment challenges on all turns, seasonal, and/or promotional orders.

Meet with replenishment team in order to communicate stock availability issues that impact in-stock/inventory to both business units and customers. Suggest replenishment settings changes (minimums of exhibition, safety Stock) and communicate action taken to replenishment planner.

Relationship management; face-to-face representative of Hershey Customer Supply Team to the customer´s replenishment and category management. Generate multi-reports   (Replenishments, DC and Store DOH,  sell in, sell out, instock)

 

Minimum knowledge and skills

 

  • Strong holistic Business Acumen in a CPG industry
  • Adaptive and astute in maneuvering through continuous change
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics Information Systems and Sales (Strategic and Execution)
  • Ability to interface with various organizational levels and build strategic working relationships
  • Work effectively with alliances and partnerships in the extended supply chain with customers
  • Knowledge of Retail Partner Systems (i.e. SPS/ Supplier Net/ Retail Link/ etc...)
  • Strong knowledge of CPFR process with Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
  • Proficiency to identify, evaluate and implement opportunities (increase revenue, service levels/turns, enhance logistic efficiencies) and recommend solutions internally
