WM/Sams PR Manager

Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico

Role Overview:

The WM & Sams Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy for these Global Customers while developing a strong partnership with their team and PRSG mirroring HSY-WM US ways of working.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an insights/data driven strategy (Velocities, Distribution & Portfolio) to secure our Market Share Leadership in WM and Sams
• Deliver WM and Sams Annual Plans and develop a 3-year strategy as Strat Plan
• Develop a Strong relationship and communication plan to mirror ways of working and processes of HSY-WM US
• Leverage PRSG logistics/supply capabilities as a key partner
• Cross functional leadership to develop the commercial strategy across for Puerto Rico and LATAM Cluster.

Scope Defining:

• Strong cross-functional collaboration is needed with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, etc.
• Multicultural mindset to interact with teams in Brazil, México and the US.
• Continuous interaction with Latam Leadership Team and HSY WM US LT.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong Commercial/Business Development background
• Cross functional leadership experience with +5 years leading commercial teams.
• Strong Communications and Business Acumen, fluent in Spanish and English
• Deep knowledge of Puerto Rico landscape: Costumer, Shopper and Consumer.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and agile leadership style.

Experience:

+7 years in commercial and business development

+5 Years of Cross functional leadership

CPG Experience in both Distributor and Direct Models
