ROLE OVERVIEW

End‑to‑end marketing execution for the CASA Exports cluster, acting as interface with distributors across priority markets. The position ensures disciplined portfolio execution, distributor performance management, and delivery of OBPPC insights, enabling margin improvement, portfolio simplification, and scalable growth across export markets.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Lead Exports portfolio execution and de‑complexity: Ensures focus on core, margin‑accretive SKUs, disciplined delists, substitutions, and reduced operational complexity. Outcome: Improved gross margin, fewer low‑value SKUs, and more efficient distributor execution.
2.Drive OBPPC implementation in priority Exports markets: Coordinates data collection, market inputs, and distributor collaboration. Outcome: High‑quality, comparable insights that can be extrapolated to the broader CASA region.
3.Own distributor management rhythm for Exports: Leads regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with priority distributors and drives the definition, execution, and follow‑up of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to CASA priorities. Outcome: Clear distributor commitments, improved execution discipline, and stronger visibility to performance gaps and opportunities.
4.Execute go‑to‑market and seasonal plans across Exports: Coordinates launches, seasonal programs, and portfolio changes with distributors, Commercial, Supply, Finance, and Trade to ensure readiness and alignment. Outcome: On‑time launches, consistent in‑market execution, and fewer execution breakdowns.
5.Provide structured market feedback and escalation Synthesizes distributor and market feedback into clear insights, risks, and recommendations, escalating to and informing brands, distributor, and model decisions. Outcome: Faster learning cycles and better‑informed strategic decisions for CASA.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Solid understanding of portfolio mgnt, de‑complexity, & margin drivers. Structured communicator capable of leading QBRs and JBPs. Analytical mindset to interpret Market & performance data.

 

Experience & Education

•Experience (recommended): 4–6 years in Marketing, Commercial, Trade Marketing, or Distributor Management roles within CPG models. Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Languages: Spanish and English required.
