We are looking for a talented HRBP experienced in consumer goods companies, with ability to communicate in English and Portuguese, oral and written, Spanish is a plus. Soft skills needed: Be innovative, show ease of influence, enjoying embracing and leading different fronts, be creative, work well in cross-functional teams. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing teams is desirable.

 

This professional will act as a generalist Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the commercial and functional areas of Hershey Latam. Will be responsible for supporting the team on all HR subsystems, working with business leaders to bring relevant people and culture solutions, providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, as well as support the HR program acting in the areas of Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, Culture, Employer Branding, Wellness and Engagement Programs.
