We Are Looking for a Regulatory Affairs / Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, proactive regulatory professional with strong knowledge of Brazilian food laws and hands‑on experience supporting product compliance across the supply chain. This person enjoys working with cross‑functional teams, can translate regulations into clear business guidance, and ensures products reach the market safely, legally, and on time.
Responsibilities.
Regulatory Compliance & Product Approval (70%)

Ensure all Hershey products sold in Brazil comply with applicable food regulations.

Review formulas, ingredients, additives, nutrition information, and claims.

Prepare and validate legal statements, technical documentation, and compliance files.

Lead artwork and labeling reviews for packaging and promotional materials.

Manage sanitary registrations and regulatory submissions, ensuring timely approvals.
Regulatory Intelligence & Impact Assessment (15%)

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes in Brazil and South America.

Assess impacts on products, labels, and processes.

Communicate risks and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Risk Prevention & Business Support (15%)

Apply a proactive, risk‑based approach to prevent non‑compliance, fines, recalls, or product holds.

Provide regulatory guidance to Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
Requirements.

Deep knowledge of Brazilian food regulations (ANVISA, MAPA, labeling, claims, additives).

Minimum 3 years of experience in food regulatory affairs (confectionery/snacking preferred).

Portuguese: Native.

English: Intermediate–Advanced.

Spanish: Basic–Intermediate.

Experience with sanitary registrations, import/export requirements, and artwork approval.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in fast‑changing environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Recipe Management is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Regulation, or related technical field (post‑graduate preferred).
