Position: Sr. Manager Financial Business & SRGM LATAM

Location: São Paulo, SP

SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Business & SRGM Latam Manager is a partner and key contact for Sales and Marketing groups to jointly drive profitable growth in channels and brands. This position is also responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, operational analysis, and related systems support.  Additionally, the Sr. Finance Manager leads pricing and promotional strategies.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES FOR THE ROLE:

1. Lead the pricing and promotional strategies, optimize trade investment and influence optimal portfolio mix;
2. Partner closely with cross-functional teams in order to successfully develop and execute marketing plans;
3. Provides guidance and counsel to commercial teams of plans involving strategy development, resource allocation and financial outcomes;
4. Conducts financial evaluations of projects and investments by gathering assumptions, making financial projections that substantiate the rationale to proceed;
5. Responsible of Strategic Planning process, providing guidelines to the marketing team to deliver strategies aligned with financial targets and corporate directions;
6. Sets sales and profitability financial hurdles for new projects and long-term sustainability;
7. Direct Marketing Expenses, Trade promo, discounts and trade terms targets, budget control and analysis;
8. Knowledge in the Brazilian tax for sales pricing and understanding statistical modeling and elasticity computations, to conduct simulations and building / automating models that support decisions with the RGM.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent related field, MBA preferred;
2. Experience with Pricing, Commercial & Marketing Finance, RGM and planning financial activities;
3. Previous experience in leadership roles in FMCG industry;
4. Advanced or fluent English, Spanish is desirable;
5. Ability to establish solid interpersonal relations to generate consensus across areas and influence teams;
6. Availability to work in a hybrid format in São Paulo.
