Plant Administrator
Job Location: Whitestown, IN
Summary:
Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the plant to facilitate efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with recruiting and staffing of all temporary employees as needed; keep manning and posted sheets current with all movement. Manage all time cards and invoices related to temporary associates.
· Schedule all temps and employees and maintain posted manning sheets
· Organizational planning
· Support ongoing continuous improvement and roll out of Hershey systems
· Employment and compliance for regulatory concerns
· Support new hire orientation as it pertains to schedules, requesting OT, posting schedules
· Policy development and documentation
· Support Company- wide committee facilitation
· Support Company employee and community communication
· Assist the company in achieving its vision by partnering with others- the HR director, the company leadership, and the employees – and institute initiatives that move the company toward its goals.
Relationships/Contacts:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, for the office as needed
· Greet and direct visitors and clients, as needed
Qualifications:
· 2 year college or technical degree, preferred
· 3 years experience providing support to a plant team required
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Office 360 and other relevant software
· Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
· Proven leadership skills a must. Experience in developing and implementing high impact programs in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety initiatives and training.
· Demonstrate success in developing employees.

· Assist with all other tasks as assigned by plant management.
