This position has the responsibility to build S&R’s key strategic drivers, leading the Sweets business in MX and Spicy candy for US.  identifying and implementing strategic business solutions focusing on consumer, shopper and category insights, company competitive advantages and a realistic implementation, with a strong cross-functional collaboration and a deep business understanding including Finance, Operations and Commercial


Business Strategy: Development of “Sweets brands” strategy for MX and annual brand marketing plan including business objectives (Sales, Profit, Share of Market) consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix.


New Market Development: Develop GTM strategies for Hispanic market, in order to grow brand’s footprint in US. Understand and deliver actionable plans for each channel, ensure the right portfolio, and communicate brand's unique selling propositions to key stakeholders.


Project Management and Execution: Manage brand’s projects including advertising, promotions, and innovation. Lead cross functional teams giving focused direction to develop world class programs that build equity and deliver results on time.


Budgeting: Own and actively manage brand marketing budget, cross-functional alignment, and end-of-year budget performance. Coordinate with Finance to research and adjust inappropriate budget entries



  • Lead other S&R business, to gain SOM in sweets market (x2 spicy market), maximizing core and delivering innovation in new segments.
  • Maximize US market. Expanding Pelon footprint in MT, pursuing fair share as Spicy leading brand, with specialized innovation, media & POS support.
  • Lead gummies innovation for both spicy & non-spicy categoríes.
  • Generate commercial strategies to increase velocity on Key Seasons.

-Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related.



-2 years in marketing/ trade marketing

-Knowledge in United States market, brand management.
