Summary

This position has the responsibility to build Kisses business in Mexico in terms of Brand equity, Sales and Profit by identifying and implementing strategic business solutions focusing on consumer, shopper and category insights, company competitive advantages and a realistic implementation, with a strong cross-functional collaboration and a deep business understanding including Finance, Operations and Commercial

 

Strategy: Development of brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans including business objectives (Sales, Profit, Share of Market) consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix.

 

Insight Development: Develop consumer insights through internal, external, primary and secondary data sources. Translate insights into actionable consumer driven marketing plans. Understand and communicate brand's unique selling propositions to key stakeholders.

 

Portfolio management: Understand and identify the right portfolio for the brand to satisfy different consumer occasions and different channel shoppers needs including price strategy, profitability, presentations, and pack types.

 

Project Management and Execution: Manage all brand projects including, advertising, promotions, and innovation. Lead cross functional teams giving focused direction to develop world class programs that build equity and deliver results on time.

 

Budgeting: Own and actively manage brand marketing budget, cross-functional alignment, and end-of-year budget performance. Coordinate with Finance to research and adjust inappropriate budget entries.

  • Lead seasonal innovations for Kisses & other Hershey brands.
  • Deliver brand strategies contributing to gifting & seasonals portfolio growth.
  • Develop a profitable portfolio securing disruptive concepts.
  • Generate commercial strategies to increase velocity on Key Seasons.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar fields

 

Experience:

Progression of successful accomplishments in marketing to include typically at least 1 years of experience. In general, experience in the top-tier consumer products marketing companies is valued.  The ideal candidate will have general-market analysis experience, will need a strong numerical understanding & great negotiation skills.
