Summary

 

As an HR Coordinator for The Hershey Company’s Global Business Services team, you will be responsible for recruiting support including processing high volumes of hires, managing the pre-employment process, and administering the US I9 process. It takes a process-oriented person with a high level of business acumen to handle the details in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

US Hiring Validation

  • Processing new hires through Success Factors systems, ensuring all candidates are hired appropriately.
  • Monitoring background check statuses and ensuring pending new hires are cleared to start.
  • Monitoring pre-employment drug screen tests and ensuring pending new hires are cleared to start.
  • Administration of the US I9 process (Employment Eligibility verification).
  • Working with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to send communications on first day expectations to new hires.
  • Participate in the design, on-going improvement and execution of the pre-employment onboarding activities.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator team to confirm any outstanding questions.

 

Education

 

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

 

Experience

 

A minimum of 3 years of general business experience required or equivalent education

Talent Acquisition or HR experience is preferred
