Support financial planning process and analyses for HBP and HBP Latam site. Specific areas of analysis would include SG&A expenses analysis, support planning process with HBP cost center owner across global functions, brigde analystis in every business update. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


Responsible to delivers other analysis, standardized, accurate & actionable data in a timely manner that supports Financial services process within HBP, allowing them to make business decisions. Specifically, this position will play a key role in data acquisition, data manipulation, automation-techniques, and final report creation for both, report-writing and complex dashboard requests for this area.




HBP Budgeting support include main responsibilities:
 • Annual plan deliverables
 • Business update (BU) working file update
 • BU Bridge analysis update
 • SAP Input CC numbers / Review CC Updates
 • Salary Planning Report
 • Support cost center owner managers
 • Other planning and financial analysis activities assigned


HBP LATAM Budgeting support include main responsibilities:
 • Annual plan deliverables
 • Monthly actual vs plan variance review (including people cost)
 • Business update (BU) working file update
 • BU Bridge analysis update


HBP Financial Services analysis and process enhancement is responsible for:
 • HBP management fee quarterly & annual calculation, recharge, and communication
 • Other financial analysis relevant to support HBP functions, projects, and other business requirements.
 • Utilize advanced reporting techniques and software knowledge to standardize and automate output (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, R)
 • Establish workflow documentation (e.g. Reports catalog, Definitions, Processes, etc.)


Minimum knowledge and skills


▪ Strong business and financial acumen and judgement 
▪ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail. 
▪ Financial planning analysis experience. Supporting Shared Service Center is a plus.
▪ Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills in Spanish and English (both written & verbal) and work as a collaborative team member 
▪ Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities.
▪ Experience with developing Power BI and/or Tableau Dashboards.
▪ Experience in Process Optimization Techniques (Power Automate, Scheduling Systems, and Node Workflows) is a plus 
▪ Ability to work in a dynamic environment – learning new skills & solving new problems




BS in Accounting, Business Administration equivalent major or equivalent experience




1-3 years of experience
