Summary
This position leads a team that delivers standardized, accurate & actionable data in a timely manner that supports cross-funictional and enterprise-wide teams, allowing them to make business decisions. Specifically, this position will play a key role in supporting and upscaling the skills of all RCOE team members in these areas: data acquisition, data manipulation, automation-techniques, and final report creation for both, report-writing and complex dashboard requests, also helping to establish and follow best practices imparted by standard processes whitin RCOE and IS stakeholders across the team members. Additionally, this role will lead initiatives for HBP Delivery SLA/KPI reporting including current deliverables and securing the future.

Responsibilities:
Report Generation
• Assist in the development and delivery of Project-Driven Reporting requests (e.g. identifying requirements, coordinating set-up, and investigating data sources/data via Data Mining and working with IS support) and influencing S&D project team on best practices for data and analytics
• Have experience and knowledge of Relational Databases to connect to data, merge data, and data mine (e.g. ODBC, Teradata, DataLake, SAP)
• Utilize advanced reporting techniques and software knowledge to standardize and automate output (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, R)
• Communicate and disseminate report progress and status to Project Stakeholders.
• Establish workflow documentation (e.g. Reports catalog, Definitions, Processes, etc.)
Develop Reporting & Talent and Support Report Generation
• Lead a diverse and cross-functional team of Indirect Reports that is focused on getting high-value, cost effective tools that meet & exceed the project’s needs.
• Support team members in the learning new software tools, reporting, and automation techniques [Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.]
• Ensure existing deliverables are maintained and up-to-date given new automation and reporting techniques.
• Help QA Logic, Data, and Reporting Output
Deliver Now & Secure the Future
• Partner and be a strategic lead with HBP Delivery Services, and IS to ensure RCOE capabilities and reporting is optimized for today and with tomorrow’s landscape in mind.
• Lead change management and migration of current RCOE business practices to align with our enterprise-wide SAP S4-Hana Reporting and Data Strategy.
• Work with cross-functional IS teams to optimize and centralize RCOE’s best practices.
• Help on adopting new tools and being able to leverage Hershey learning platforms to turn training into action
• Ensure Volume, Speed, and Quality throughout all Delivery Service KPI/SLA Reporting Solutions.
Minimum knowledge and skills
▪ Knowledge/ability to work with SAP and a basic understanding of Master Data elements ▪ Familiar with Relational Databases and Relational Database Management Systems. ▪ Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities. ▪ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail.
▪ Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills and work as a collaborative team member with Global Team members ▪ Proficient in SQL (or other Programming Languages including R, DAX, Python)
▪ Experience with developing Power BI and/or Tableau Dashboards.
▪ Experience in Process Optimization Techniques (Power Automate, Scheduling Systems, and Node Workflows, Alterix) ▪ Ability to work in a dynamic environment – learning new skills & solving new problems ▪ Team Management & project Management skills
Education
Business, Mathematics, Computer Science-related Bachelor’s Degree Required (Economics, Administration, International Business, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience
