Title: Senior Sales Officer/ Sales Officer CSD South
Summary:
To Drive sales performance of CSD /CPC & AFH channel. Responsible for channel business plan, market share in CSD, execute channel strategy & improve URC / SCs coverage. The AFH Regional Sales Officer is a member of the Sales Department and reporting to the AFH Manager.
Responsible for managing and developing AFH Distributors and Customers. Plans and leads all commercial related activities to ensure timely and effective execution of defined sales targets.
- Channel wise target achievement – Monthly & Yearly AOP
- Manages AFH distributors and customers in the assigned area
- Lead & Review sales force productivity to meet value & volume target (CSD /CPC DB Sales force).
- Tracking of stocks & commercial management (Payment collection, Debit note, Pricing etc.)
- Identifying concerns ahead of time & finding resolutions
- Developing the detailing of CSD business growth plan. Managing the new product launch application preparation by collaborating with multiple internal function (R&D, Marketing, Factory, Sales, Quality control etc.) & External (CSD Team) Stakeholders followed by coordination of factory inspection & pricing meeting.
- Collaborating with internal team (Commercial, Supply chain) & external team to process sales orders, pricing, managing stocks at various CFA locations. Understanding of Forecasting & Supply fill rate tracking.
- Preparing price revision file on timely basis.
- Visiting CSD Depots & Top URCs. To meet CSD /CPC HQ & Depot Managers.
- Identifies new business opportunities for our brands in the AFH channel
Experience:
- 3 – 8 years of sales experience in CSD/CPC & AFH Sales.
- Experience in Chocolates or food industry only.
Education:
- Full-time Graduate from any college/university
