Job Overview

The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) sells and ensures best‑in‑class merchandising including building displays, packing out product, replenishing permanent secondary displays, and maintaining salability of all authorized Hershey products. The TSA works part‑time Monday-Thursday within an established territory, supporting retail execution and contributing to sales growth in the Edmonton Region and surrounding area.

3. Establish and execute retail priorities by developing a clear strategy prior to each store call, aligned to store level, regional, or retailer level objectives. This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
4. Apply influence and negotiation techniques by leveraging sales strategies to influence without authority, preparing multiple solution options, and confidently asking for additional opportunities or commitments. This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.
5. Lead effective problem solving efforts by implementing the right solutions, evaluating alternative approaches, and consistently questioning to ensure optimal outcomes. This supports effective execution and alignment with organizational standards.

Minimum Education & Requirements

•    1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred
•    Post secondary education is optional
•    Must reside within the boundaries of the assigned territory
•    Strong understanding of sales techniques (CPG preferred)
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently within a team environment
•    Detail oriented with innovative thinking
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and iPad technology
•    Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; must hold valid driver's license and insurance

Compensation Information

The anticipated base salary range for this role is from $15.25 to $19.10 per hour. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
