Position Title: National Sales Route to Market Sr Manager
Reports to Title: Sales Director

Location: Jalisco; Monterrey or CdMx.
Summary:
The Route to Market (RTM) National Sr Manager is responsible for designing and execution Hershey Mexico´s Route to Market strategy to ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and execution across all trade channels. This role will lead the development of the fragmented and indirect channels, driving partnerships and test models that expand Hershesy´s reach into new points of sale and underserved geographies. The position will also be accountable for execution excellence in Modern Trade and Wholesale channels, elevating Perfect Store performance and optimizing cost-to-serve and commercial efficiency nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Fragmented Trade Strategy and Partnership Development
- Ensure Perfect Store Execution and KPI´s Follow up
- Track, analyze and report on execution KPI´s identifying gaps and correct
- Manage POS material allocation and execution budgets for Region
- Negotiate with Customer Regional execution teams and plazas.
Skills and abilities required:
1. Desing and implement the national Route to Market Strategy
- Optimize Route to market Structure to maximize Cost to serve.
- Analize Geographic opportunities vs Budget Efficiency and Effectiveness.
2. Lead The Expansion in distribution in Fragmented Trade.
- Analize Regional options and models to evolve quantity of distribution.
- Propose and Test different models to maximize Numerical and Weighetd Distribution.
- Negotiate with Partners and pay for performance.
3. Develop and institutionalize Perfect Store 2.0
- Own Execution Framework for Modern Trade and Wholesale Channels
- Provide Strategic insights across Areas to Maximize resources.
- Lead multifunctional teams to drive Quality of Distribution across Channels.
4. Maximize Digital Usage and Transformation
- Evaluate current Tools and propose evolution of KPI´s.
- Use Technology to balance execution and efficiency in current models.
5. Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing brand team.
- Act as a culture carrier and role model for company values.
- Mentor future marketing leaders and drive capability building in areas like digital, analytics, and innovation.
