Summary:
The Sales/Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth, inform strategic decision-making, and ensure flawless execution in the marketplace. This role will serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring decisions are grounded in robust analysis and holistic understanding of the consumer, shopper, and customer.
Major Duties / Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics & Insights Generation
- Land input from RGM & OBPPC in Action per Channel/Customer
- Tools, Systems & Best Practices (Power Bi, AI, Data Collection)

knowledge, skills and abilities required:
1. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
- Act as a data champion across organization, with Strong Knowledge in current tools and future (Power Bi, Tableau, Sol, Excel, AI, etc)
- Proven Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights supporting Sales Marketing and Supply Chain, and ensure of Fact-based decision-making.
- Deep Understanding in FMCG industry dynamics, how information connects with main FMCG capabilities, RGM, OBPPC, Perfect Store and IBM.
- Skilled data governance, quality assurance, and standardization of reporting processes.
2. Monitor Market Dynamics, category/channel shifts and competitive landscape to anticipate opportunities and Threats
- Experienced with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Scintilla, Customer CRM)
- Multifunctional influence across areas to ensure Hersheys development through triple win. Customer, Consumer and Category.
3. Perfect Store & Commercial Excellence.
- How strategy looks like per Channel, Customers and Shoppers profile, implemented in the store.
- Strategic Segmentation, translate OBPPC, RGM and Brand in clear picture of success.
4. Effective Communicator.
- Excel in Storytelling to influence and inspire to win.
- Multifunctional connected online and offline skills to engage key stakeholders.
- 5. Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing brand team.
